Remotely check Dell PowerEdge Servers with OMSA installed via SNMP (no omreport involved).

A perl plugin that checks Dell PowerEdge Servers via SNMP. At the moment there are checks for the following OMSA Sensor Groups:
* PowerUnits
* CoolingUnits
* Voltage Sensors
* Temperature Sensors

The plugin **requires perl Net-SNMP** to be installed on the nagios server.

The problems with with some of the 1U machines have been solved (11 Sep 2007)
